Steps to Submit Blogger blog to Search Console.
- Visit Blogger blog and copy URL of your blog.
- Visit Google Search Console and login in with your Gmail Account.
- After that a pop will appear, so you have to add URL of your blog and click continue.
- If your blog is verified, it's okay. If not, it will provide with a google site verification meta tag.
- Go to blogger dashboard click on Theme then edit HTML and add HTML meta tag inside <head> and </head> section, after that save your theme.

- Submit Blogger blog sitemap to Google Search Console
- Add robots.txt files.
Visit Blogger Sitemap Generator and enter your blog URL the click on Generate XML Sitemap.
Now copy sitemap and go to blogger dashboard>setting>Crawlers and Indexing and then enable custom robots.txt to yes and now click on custom robots.txt then paste and save it, as shown in the image below.

And then go back to Google Search Console to submit your sitemap, copy atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
then paste and submit. see example on below image.

After submit you will see pop up message tells you that Sitemap Submitted Successfully. You are done and It will take a few days for the Google Search Console to process and show up your data.
